Our client, a leading provider of commercial playground and outdoor recreational equipment is seeking a driven Sales Specialist to join our team focused on serving government and public sector clients throughout Western PA. With a long-standing reputation in the industry and a strong presence across the Northeastern U.S., this is a remote-based position that offers substantial earning potential – top performers earn $400K to $1M+ annually
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle for commercial recreation equipment projects, from initial contact through installation.
  • Conduct 7–10 meetings per week with clients in the public sector, including municipalities, townships, school districts, and county governments.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and expand sales opportunities.
  • Oversee a pipeline of 20+ concurrent projects, ensuring timely communication and delivery across all phases.
  • Regularly travel throughout Western PA.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce proposals and project quotes.
  • Use a CRM platform (training provided) to manage leads, track progress, and forecast sales activity.
  • Work directly with key stakeholders such as school officials, landscape architects, city planners, and parks departments.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of customized project presentations and proposals.
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of sales experience, ideally with a focus on relationship building and consultative selling.
  • Background working with government entities or public institutions is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Western PA.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Average annual commission earnings: $50K–$75K
