- Develop targeted customer and segment campaigns to increase sales of Masoneilan MRO Aftermarket products
- Conduct in-depth assessments of industry segments to identify key applications and develop customer value propositions
- Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders on both client and internal sides
- Conduct technical sales calls and provide technical solutions to key customers and strategic corporate accounts
- Lead collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop and articulate winning value propositions
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or 10+ years of related valves technical solutions experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service with Masoneilan products
- Demonstrated experience working with cross‑functional teams within a global matrix environment
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization and external customers
- Availability to travel for business up to 50% of the time
- Experience in technical sales specifically related to control valves
- Proven track record of driving sales growth in a competitive market
- Familiarity with MRO Aftermarket products and services
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
- Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and partners
