Monday April 27, 2026. This position is eligible for a $1500 sign on bonus. We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team as Inside Sales Insurance Agents. This is a fully remote position, offering paid training and covering all costs for your Personal Lines Insurance License. Training

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Training can last between 4-6 months.

Work Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday 11:30am-8:00pm.

What You’ll Do

• Insurance Sales Responsibilities:
  Sell auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and other personal lines products to AAA members via phone and online;
  Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing members to promote insurance products;
  Provide personalized coverage options and premium quotes;
  Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system;
  Participate in sales programs and respond promptly to referrals.
• Regulatory & Compliance:
  Learn and follow carrier-specific underwriting and quoting procedures;
  Ensure compliance with agency policies for quoting, binding coverage, and handling payments;
  Collaborate with Underwriting and Quality Assurance to reduce risks and ensure accuracy;
  Stay current on insurance regulations and best practices.
• Additional Responsibilities:
  Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners;
  Occasionally travel for training (approx. 5%);
  Deliver AAA Five Diamond Service in every interaction;
  Cross-sell AAA memberships and other relevant services.

What You Need:

• Must have a quiet, dedicated home office space
• Reliable high-speed internet connection

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s Degree preferred

Experience

• 2+ years sales or customer service experience required
• Insurance sales experience preferred
• Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 60 days (training and exam fees covered by AAA Northeast)
• Life License within 1 year preferred

The pay rate for this position starts at $22.75 per hour. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
