Partner with the bestThe Regional Sales Manager for Masoneilan Control Valves works alongside other Regional Sales Managers and Channel Partners to collectively drive sales growth within North America. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing strategic growth accounts and associated project opportunities, winning business, and leading business‑development planning processes for this market.
Responsibilities- Developing targeted customer/segment campaigns to increase sales of Masoneilan MRO Aftermarket products while supporting medium‑to‑large project opportunities.
- Conducting in‑depth assessments of industry segments to identify key applications and develop customer value propositions.
- Managing complex sales processes that involve many stakeholders on the client side and internally, addressing technical, economic, logistical, and financial aspects to create proposals.
- Working closely with other Regional Sales Managers and Channel Partners to engage directly with end users and key customer influence centers to drive Aftermarket MRO growth.
- Conducting technical sales calls and presenting technical solutions to key customers with regional Channel Partners, as well as direct calls to strategic corporate accounts and major regional influence centers.
- Conducting in‑depth training and awareness sessions on Masoneilan products with customers and Channel Partners.
- Leading collaboration with multidisciplinary internal teams (e.g., engineering, legal, risk, finance, communication, marketing) to develop and articulate the winning value proposition.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or 10+ years of related valves technical solutions experience.
- Have 5+ years of experience in application engineering, industrial sales, or customer service with Masoneilan products.
- Demonstrate experience working with cross‑functional teams within a global‑matrix environment.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, an inclusive working style, and the ability to interface effectively with all levels of internal organization and external customers.
- Be available to travel for business up to 50% of the time.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $1,42,520.00 and $2,76,550.00.
Candidates for this role must be located in the U.S.; the pay range reflects Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum at the time of posting and applies to potential locations. Salary is based on geographic location, skill set, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and measured performance. The stated range is the full base salary and does not include other compensation.
