Position: Sales Executive, Strategic (Midwest)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Act as the "CEO" of your territory, identifying high-potential prospects and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach and discovery to deal advancement and contract negotiation
  • Execute high-volume prospecting strategies to engage key decision-makers and build relationships
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand client challenges and tailor solutions demonstrating ROI and clinical value
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and provide leadership with precise sales forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 7 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in benefits, health-tech, or SaaS
  • Proven track record of exceeding annual quotas with complex sales cycles of 6-12 months
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
  • Resilience and adaptability in modifying strategies to fit changing market circumstances
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Linked In Sales Navigator)
