This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Tucson, AZ, with the flexibility to work from home when appropriate. The Sales Specialist will engage with clients to identify their needs, provide tailored solutions, and close sales. Responsibilities include customer relationship management, providing product information, conducting training sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role may also involve collaborating with the sales management team to develop sales strategies and meet targets.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Proven skills in Sales, including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to provide guidance, track performance, and improve sales techniques.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized with effective time management skills.
- Familiarity with the sports or athletics industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing are advantageous.
