Inside Sales Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative. Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, processing quote requests/order submittals, and developing and maintaining client accounts. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales processes, providing solutions to meet customer needs, and collaborating with team members to achieve company sales goals.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in an Inside Sales role supporting our Outside Sales representatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive, “can-do” attitude and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.

This is not an administrative-only role. The successful candidate must be highly organized, show a true attention to detail, and would be capable of addressing technical inquiries in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are essential.
