What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own and define UpGuard’s Sales Methodology, ensuring consistent execution across all sales teams
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, and templates to support the sales process
  • Deliver high‑quality sales excellence programs and coaching sessions to enhance team skills
  • Analyze data with Rev Ops to implement programs that improve win rates and deal velocity
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Excellence, or Sales Leadership in a high‑growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving performance across the sales cycle, including outbound, closing, and expansion roles
  • Experience in architecting and sustaining sales methodologies at scale, such as MEDDPICC or Challenger
  • Ability to provide real‑time coaching on live deals and enhance negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success in designing learning paths and sales assets that translate strategies into executable behaviors

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in using CRM data to identify skill gaps and measure enablement effectiveness
  • Collaborative approach to align cross‑functional teams toward shared revenue goals
  • Structured project‑management skills to ensure effective launch and adoption of initiatives
