- Analyze data with Rev Ops to implement programs that improve win rates and deal velocity
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Excellence, or Sales Leadership in a high‑growth B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of driving performance across the sales cycle, including outbound, closing, and expansion roles
- Experience in architecting and sustaining sales methodologies at scale, such as MEDDPICC or Challenger
- Ability to provide real‑time coaching on live deals and enhance negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in designing learning paths and sales assets that translate strategies into executable behaviors
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in using CRM data to identify skill gaps and measure enablement effectiveness
- Collaborative approach to align cross‑functional teams toward shared revenue goals
- Structured project‑management skills to ensure effective launch and adoption of initiatives
