We are seeking a full-time Sales Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role is based in Scottsdale, AZ, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The responsibilities of this role include providing exceptional customer service, assisting with insurance policy sales, managing client accounts, and delivering personalized solutions. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the training and support of team members as needed to drive the agency's success.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Customer service skills with the ability to address client inquiries and provide resolutions effectively.
• Sales skills and experience in promoting and selling insurance products.
• Experience in training and managing sales teams is a plus.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Licensed in property, casualty, life, or business insurance is an advantage.
