Job PurposeThe Business Development Representative will be responsible for introducing the client's nostalgic food and beverage products to the mainstream market, driving sales, and building lasting customer relationships.
Requirements- 3+ years of sales experience in the Food & Beverage or Consumer Packing Goods industries
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual (English-Spanish preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the sales process and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, travel within assigned territory, and adapt sales techniques based on results
- Relationship building

- Organizational skills
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make qualifying sales calls, and close new business
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, conduct demos, and handle objections
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for executive-level meetings
- Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following a defined selling process
