Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in custom home organizing solutions. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of products including custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Position Overview

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support multiple departments within our growing business. This role is essential to our success and requires a strong commitment to client satisfaction through friendly, professional, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales-related activities across departments
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, designers, and internal teams
  • Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, projects, and customer inquiries
  • Provide general office support and assist with day-to-day administrative duties
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills (in person and by phone)
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Confident and professional demeanor when working with design professionals, clients (existing and prospective), and management
  • Passion for helping people and delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Desire to learn and understand all aspects of our proven sales model
  • Working knowledge of computers and general office procedures
  • Customer-oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
Schedule Requirements
  • An 8-hour shift scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
