We are a high-producing, well-established Allstate agency located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This role offers flexibility (remote or in-office), strong lead flow, a competitive base salary, and uncapped earning potential. If you are licensed, motivated, and ready to grow your income, we want to talk to you.

• Sell auto, home, renters, motorcycle, and umbrella insurance policies
• Cross-sell and round out existing customer accounts
• Follow up on warm leads and quote opportunities
• Generate referrals and build long-term client relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate client records and compliance standards

• Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
• Prior insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Comfortable working independently (for remote role)
