Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote position for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing regional sales operations, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications- Proven sales and business development skills, including identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue goals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting (Sales Force and Microsoft Office)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in transportation, automotive, or a related industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned region (Kansas & Missouri) as required
- Must live in either MO or KS (No out of state applicants please)
- Understanding of bus specifications (seating capacity, engine types, fuel systems) and safety regulations

- Ability to work independently and remotely
