Inside Sales Representative

• Base salary starting at $31,200 annually, with potential to earn up to $130,000 in total compensation through uncapped commissions and bonuses

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into the employer's debt relief programs
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce customer relationship management software
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored)
• Meet performance criteria set by the management team, which may change based on company baselines
• Provide empathetic support to clients in stressful situations while adhering to department policies

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, or a college associate's degree equivalent
• Strong business acumen and professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Proven ability to adjust promptly in a fast-paced workplace

• Sales experience is a plus
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred
• Career-minded with a focus on long-term advancement within the organization
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and computer competency
