This is a full-time remote position for a District Sales Manager. The successful candidate will oversee sales operations, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to increase revenue within the assigned district. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing ongoing support to customers. The District Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and competitor activity to drive strategic growth.

• Proficiency in sales, account management, and business development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships
• Analytical skills for market research and strategy development
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work with minimal direct supervision
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting platforms is a plus
• Experience in construction, building materials, or a related industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Willingness to travel within the assigned district as required
