- The Senior Client Partnership Manager will be responsible for sales management within a specific territory, representing top C.A. Fortune client partnerships from a client and customer perspective. This role will also advise clients on account-specific goals, marketing strategies and retail execution.
- Fully remote
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience, qualifications, and skills
- Travel Requirements: 5-10% to attend client sales meetings and major industry shows and events where assigned key accounts will be present

- Build relationships with account personnel including top management, merchandising, accounting, advertising, operations, logistics and finance
- Advise clients on wholesaler-specific goals, marketing strategy and retail execution at downstream retailers in the UNFI, Spartan Nash, C&S, and/or AWG ecosystem
- Deliver budgeted revenue while managing expenses
- Identify new growth opportunities such as expanded product distribution or increased promotional activity
- Meet or exceed client KPIs, including sales, distribution, pricing, shelving placement, promotional volume, and promotional spend management. Establish regular communication with clients and customers to foster strong working relationships and proactively manage the client’s business
- Coordinate efforts to develop and deliver sales presentations to clients and customers highlighting sales accomplishments and opportunities. Use syndicated data to outline business-building ideas
- Secure client-approved schematics for all clients’ brands
- Support the Client Service Specialist assigned by the client to ensure prompt handling of claims and deductions
- 5+ years of Consumer-Packaged Goods or related industry experience, with at least 2 years working with wholesalers, specifically UNFI conventional, Spartan Nash, AWG, and/or C&S
- Excellent communication and organization
- Demonstrated sales planning, forecasting and sales execution experience
- Strong comfort with reading, interpreting and presenting data – SPINS, Nielsen & IRI
- Aptitude to interpret and use multiple information sources to develop customer-specific tactical plans
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
- Ability and confidence presenting to an executive audience, internally and externally
- Proficient in Excel and Power Point
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience with syndicated data – SPINS, Nielsen & IRI
