Position Responsibilities
  • Responsible for lead conversation and New Account Acquisition
  • Effectively manage a pipeline of provided sales opportunities
  • Implement/Execute innovative sales strategies
  • Proficiency with carrier product, appetite, and underwriting guidelines
  • Proficiency in all Annie Mac systems and technology
  • Develop and self‑generate lead opportunities
  • Intake applications, produce quotes, present proposals, close business
  • Issue new client accounts to the respective insurance carrier
  • Transition new business files to the Client Onboarding Team
  • Backup support for new client onboarding
  • Satisfy underwriting stipulations associated with new accounts
  • Assist with training support and onboarding of new Sales Consultants
  • Add new lines of business to existing client accounts
  • Support the Client Experience Team with account renewals and policy re‑writes
Position Requirements
  • Property/Casualty Producer License
  • Minimum 2‑years experience in the personal lines insurance markets
  • Thorough understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and state insurance laws
  • Computer savvy with a high level of comfort with technology
  • Motivated to build long‑term wealth
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Above average at building client rapport and effective persuasion skills
Hours of Operation

The standard agency hours are 8:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 am–5:00 pm on Fridays. We are flexible when accommodating your needs, and your specific work schedule can be adjusted if necessary, including optional evening and weekend hours. Remote work may be possible depending on geographic location and COVID‑19 restrictions.
