What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Close sales by selling postage meters and consumable supplies to existing business clients through high-volume outbound calls
  • Overcome objections by effectively communicating product benefits and promotions
  • Participate in team development activities and partner with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales quotas while maintaining high productivity metrics (150-200 calls per day)
  • Navigate complex software systems to accurately record transactions and create invoices
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 1+ years of sales or customer service experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Strong core sales skills, including resiliency and the ability to overcome objections
  • Intermediate PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to work with multiple screens
  • Reliable home office setup with sufficient high-speed internet service
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm Central Time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in B2B inside sales or telemarketing with a successful track record
  • 1 year of consistent success in outbound/phone sales
  • Proven ability to work effectively from home
