What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Support the creation and execution of strategies for Broker Distribution to meet sales and profitability objectives
  • Meet annual sales goals as established by sales leadership
  • Strengthen and grow broker relationships through regular meetings and effective communication
  • Drive a pipeline of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with underwriting, product, and compliance teams to align on deliverables related to broker relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with a proven presence in the broker marketplace
  • College degree in business management, finance, risk management, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data to support decision-making
  • High degree of integrity and ability to act transparently while prioritizing organizational goals
  • Self‑reflective and committed to continuous improvement in performance
