• Conduct sales calls to engage prospects and guide them through the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
• Set appointments with prospects via phone, email, and marketing campaigns
• Identify and analyze prospect goals for process improvement, recommending tailored solutions
• Provide value-added services such as technical support and relationship management
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutual benefit for clients and the employer

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of new customer acquisition sales or related experience, preferably in banking
• Proven track record in a team selling and lead sharing environment
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, purchasing, and accounting systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience with consultative sales processes
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while managing relationships and negotiations
• Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
