Overview

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide high-quality service and tailored insurance solutions in a fully virtual work setting supporting clients in Baltimore, MD and across the United States.

• Assist clients throughout the policy lifecycle, including product evaluation, selection, onboarding, and renewals.
• Help clients evaluate and choose insurance products aligned with their needs, explaining coverages, limitations, and pricing clearly and accurately.
• Support policy changes, endorsements and claims management with careful attention to detail and timely follow-up.
• Develop and sustain trusting, long-term client relationships through consistent, professional communication and service.
• Monitor market developments and product offerings relevant to the Baltimore, MD market and the broader industry to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine sales approaches, share best practices and contribute to team performance goals.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to expand technical knowledge and sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear, professional client interactions.

• Possession of relevant insurance licenses or willingness to obtain required licenses.
