The RoleWe're looking for a hungry, organized Inbound Account Executive to join our Utah team. You'll own the full sales cycle for inbound leads – from first call to closed deal – selling to property managers, building owners, and management companies across the US.
This is a remote role in Utah. We believe in the energy of working together, and our best deals come from reps who collaborate closely with the team.
What You'll Do- Own a pipeline of 100-200+ inbound opportunities at any given time
- Run discovery calls, product demos, and proposal presentations via Zoom and phone
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead assignment to contract signature (avg 30-60 day cycle)
- Work closely with our AI-powered sales tools that handle lead scoring, follow-up drafting, and deal intelligence — so you can focus on selling
- Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets ($50K-$100K+ monthly)
- Collaborate with our installation and project management teams on smooth handoffs
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams
- 2-5 years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience (closing role, not just SDR/BDR)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Strong phone and video presence — you're comfortable running 5-8 demos/day
- Excellent CRM hygiene (we use Salesforce religiously)
- Self-starter who thrives with high lead volume and fast-paced environment
- Experience selling to property management, real estate, or building operations is a big plus (not required)
- Experience with proptech, security, or access control industry
- Familiarity with consultative/solution selling (MEDDIC, SPICED, Sandler)
- Comfort with AI tools — we're building the most AI-augmented sales team in proptech
