- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience
- Proven track record of overachieving sales quotas, preferably in government markets
- Strong communication skills to engage with key government contacts at various levels
- Proficiency in utilizing and other automation tools
- Willingness to travel to customer locations 70% of the time, including up to 40% overnight travel
- Previous experience in complex software solutions sales involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong discovery and presentation skills to effectively convey software/solutions concepts
- Business and technical acumen to address customer and internal company challenges
