Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Customer Engagement Specialist (CES) to join our sales organization. This is a front-line, high-activity outbound sales role focused exclusively on cold calling, re-engaging existing customers, and qualifying leads. The CES plays a critical role in generating and nurturing new business conversations. While this role does not close deals, it serves as the engine of the sales pipeline by identifying qualified opportunities and passing them to Aesthetic Consultants and Executive Aesthetic Consultants for demonstration and closure.

- Outbound Prospecting & Engagement: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to physicians, Medspa owners, and aesthetic practices. Re-engage existing system owners to identify expansion, upgrade, or replacement opportunities. Introduce the company’s aesthetic technology portfolio at a high level and assess interest, need, and timing. Confidently navigate gatekeepers and connect with key decision-makers. Represent the brand with professionalism and strong first-impression impact.

Qualification:
Qualify leads based on defined criteria (practice type, budget, authority, need, timeline). - Documentation & Handoff: Accurately document call outcomes and opportunity details in Salesforce or the designated CRM. Submit high-quality, actionable leads to assigned Aesthetic Consultants or Executive Aesthetic Consultants. Ensure seamless and timely handoff to maximize conversion rates and sales productivity.
- Activity Management: Maintain consistent outbound activity aligned with KPIs and performance targets. Track follow-ups and engagement cadence to prevent opportunity loss. Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting strategy, and qualification standards. Continuously improve call effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or call center environments.
- Experience in medical device, healthcare technology, or aesthetics industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and performance-driven.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Experience With Salesforce Or Similar CRM Systems Preferred.
- Genuine interest in the aesthetics industry and consultative selling approaches.
