Sleep Navigator INC. is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Software & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a territory-based role
, ideally suited for a candidate located in Shreveport, LA
, though candidates elsewhere within the territory will be considered.
This position is remote-based with clear expectations for in-field customer engagement four (4) days per week
. The assigned territory will primarily cover Louisiana
, with additional coverage expansion across East Texas
,
Mississippi and Arkansas
, and may include approximately 25-30% overnight travel
.

The Medical Software & Sales Representative is responsible for owning and growing a defined territory through new business development and managing existing healthcare relationships. This role focuses on selling Med Tech and Healthcare SaaS workflow solutions to physicians, hospitals, and specialty clinics, while maintaining disciplined territory execution, pipeline management, and forecasting through a CRM platform. The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, field-oriented, and comfortable operating in a remote environment with strong accountability.
EssentialFunctions
- Own and manage a defined multi-state territory, executing a strategic plan to drive growth and market penetration
- Present and sell Med Tech and Healthcare SaaS products and services to current and prospective healthcare clients
- Maintain a consistent in-field presence, engaging customers four (4) days per week
- Develop and execute territory action plans, schedules, and target account strategies
- Manage leads, opportunities, and account activity within the company CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and visibility (Hub Spot experience is a plus)
- Follow up on leads and referrals generated through field activity and CRM workflows
- Identify and contact assigned sales prospects and accounts across the territory
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
- Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with current and potential clients
- Manage account services through quality checks, follow-up activities, and CRM-tracked touchpoints
- Identify, communicate, and resolve client concerns
- Prepare and maintain status and activity reports, including pipeline progression, closings, follow-ups, and goal adherence
- Communicate new product opportunities, competitive insights, and market feedback to internal teams
- Coordinate with internal company staff to support account management and sales objectives
- Create and execute effective promotions as needed
- Stay current on healthcare, Med Tech, and SaaS industry trends, regulations, and buying dynamics
- Associate’s degree or a minimum of two (2) years of equivalent experience in marketing or sales required
- Two (2) or more years of outside sales and/or marketing experience
- Experience managing a geographic sales territory
- Experience selling Med Tech, Healthcare SaaS, or technology-enabled services preferred
- Experience using a CRM platform to manage pipeline, activity, and forecasting (Hub Spot experience a plus)
- Proven track record of success in highly competitive markets
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, network, and build relationships with healthcare decision-makers
- Experience conducting presentations and demonstrations for key decision-makers in hospitals and specialty clinics
