We are seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Associate who is motivated, coachable, and eager to learn. No prior insurance experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to help people. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.

• Build relationships with clients and understand their financial protection needs
• Educate individuals and families on life insurance, retirement solutions, and financial planning options
• Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and conduct needs-based consultations
• Maintain accurate records and manage your sales pipeline
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
