High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who can't afford their own leads to make sales
• Agents who need guidance at every step
• Cheap agents selling policies for $30-$70/month
• Uncoachable individuals with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums, averaging over $250/month if experienced
• Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. The average agent invests $1,000-$1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000-$15,000 in premiums.

We do not operate a lead assist program. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
