Position: Account Executive Public Sector - Belgium - (Dutch speaking)
Location: Town of Belgium

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own the sales cycle from beginning to end, identifying strategic targets in the Public sector
  • Prepare for and respond to relevant RfPs, including written project management and oral presentations
  • Oversee deployment in collaboration with Key Account Manager post-win, ensuring high satisfaction for admins and members
  • Collaborate with Product and Ops teams to ensure offerings are competitive and tailored to public accounts
  • Contribute to building the appropriate setup in Salesforce to track sales activity and maintain proper hygiene for the entire team
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Prior experience leading change management initiatives, particularly in transitioning from paper-based to digital-first approaches
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trust in a relationship-driven sector
  • Strong understanding of the Belgian public sector structure, procurement processes, and key stakeholders
  • Full working proficiency in Dutch (C2 and above) and advanced level in English
  • Willingness to engage in face-to-face onsite interactions, valued by public sector institutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Full working proficiency in French
  • Prior experience with Rf Ps
  • Outstanding project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Adaptability and resilience in navigating the complexities of the public sector sales cycle
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
