We are hiring a Retirement Sales Coordinator who will support Exclusive Agents and clients by managing retirement rollover cases from intake through completion. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth, compliant, and high-quality client experience. This role can be fully remote (based on experience) or hybrid in our Cherry Hill, NJ location.
Retirement Sales Coordinator – Life & Retirement
The Retirement Sales Coordinator supports Exclusive Agents and clients by managing retirement rollover cases from intake through completion. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth, compliant, and high-quality client experience.
Responsibilities- Manage retirement rollover cases from EA intake through application completion and account setup.
- Coordinate and track rollover documentation, including requests to incumbent vendors.
- Monitor rollover pipelines, follow up on pending transfers, and resolve “not in good order” items.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for clients and Exclusive Agents on rollover status and next steps.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate processing.
- Ensure all activities comply with Reg BI, suitability, and internal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update systems such as Fire Light and Right Bridge.
- Track and report rollover activity, turnaround times, and completed cases.
- Series 6 & 63 licenses required (Series 7 preferred).
- Knowledge of retirement products, 403(b) plans, and rollovers.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Experience in financial services operations, retirement support, or client service preferred.
- Sales retention experience a plus.
- Remote office environment.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
$21.44 - $29.16
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
