What do you bring to the table?- Initial professional experience in a comparable position is desirable
- Independent and structured work style, proficient in standard office applications
- Excellent communication skills with clients, entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently
- Very good Germanand English skills (at least C1 level)
- Unlocking newsales opportunities through lead identification and follow-up
- Phone calls, email correspondence, proposal preparation, and preparation for onlineand offline events
- Business intelligence and product offering knowledge, enabling an understanding of customer needs and requirements and generating interest
- Forwarding qualified opportunities to sales representatives
- Maintaining and expanding the CRM with potential customers and identifying buying centers
- Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, and long-term development opportunities. The role of BDM is often the starting point for a career in sales.
