• Meet with homeowners to assess needs and present exterior solutions
• Perform inspections (roofs, siding, gutters) and provide estimates
• Follow a proven consultative sales process with high close rates
• Run both company-provided and self-generated leads
• Prospect and generate referrals through canvassing, networking, and community events
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction

We hire for character first—sales and construction experience is a plus, but not required.

• Experience in high-ticket B2C or construction sales (roofing/siding preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-starter mindset with a drive to win and grow
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with tech platforms
• Ability to inspect roofs, climb ladders, and work outdoors as needed

• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
• Ability to safely climb and walk residential roofs
• A positive, customer‑first attitude and strong work ethic
