Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in King of Prussia, PA, with flexibility for some work-from-home scheduling. As a Broker Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with brokerage firms, developing strategic business plans, and driving revenue growth through effective partnership management. Daily tasks include conducting market analysis, identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, delivering presentations, and providing training to broker partners.

You will act as a key liaison between the company and brokers, ensuring continuous support and effective collaboration to achieve mutual goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Negotiating Agreements
  • Knowledge of Insurance Products, Employee Benefits, and Financial Services
  • Ability to conduct Market Analysis and develop Strategic Business Plans
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Public Speaking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas and deliver results under deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
