Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Charlotte, NC, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. As a Wine Sales Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on fine wines, conduct in-home wine samplings, and promote PRP’s unique wine selection. Additional responsibilities include fostering client relationships, recommending wine and food pairings, managing sales goals, and representing the company at events and tastings.

You will play a key role in delivering memorable and educational wine experiences tailored to clients  needs.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Wine Sales and Sales practices, with demonstrated ability to achieve revenue goals and identify sales opportunities
  • Knowledge of Wine Education and Sommelier practices with a passion for the culture of fine wines
  • Proven skills in Customer Service, including excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivation, a professional demeanor, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Wine certifications or formal education in wine studies is an advantage
  • Previous experience in similar roles, particularly in wine or luxury product sales, is preferred
