Sales Representative, B2B Sales, Sales Manager, Sales Development Rep/SDR
We need a hungry, technically-sharp salesperson who can hunt new business and grow existing accounts in the commercial space (offices, schools, healthcare, warehouses, data centers, etc.).
This is NOT a cold-call cubicle job. You’ll be out in the field building relationships with GCs, electrical contractors, IT managers, and facility directors.
End result is turning those relationships into signed contracts.
- Prospecting and closing new structured cabling, security, and wireless projects
- Possibly conducting site walks
- Selling full turn-key solutions:
Cat6/6A, fiber backbone, Wi-Fi, digital signage - Partnering with our GM/estimator to win bids
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead to handshake
- Maintaining a healthy pipeline in our CRM
- Attending networking events, trade shows, and lunch-and-learns
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in low voltage, electrical, IT, or construction
- Real understanding of structured cabling (you know the difference between Cat6 and 6A, OM3 vs OS2, etc.)
- Ability to read basic blueprints and bid specs
- Existing relationships with GCs and electrical contractors in the area = huge advantage
- Hunter mentality.
You love finding and closing deals - Clean driving record and professional appearance
- Base salary $65k–$95k (depending on experience and book of business you bring)
- Uncapped commission
- Monthly car allowance
- 401(k) with match
- PTO + holidays
YOU MUST BE LOCAL TO THE CENTRAL VALLEY. California is your oyster.
You can work from home or our office, whichever you prefer.
If you’re tired of selling widgets and want to make real money selling solutions you actually understand — let’s talk.
Immediate opening. Six-figure income in year one is very realistic for the right person.
We don’t just sell cable. We sell uptime, security, and peace of mind.
