As an in‑office Sales Development Agent, you’ll be a key part of our daily activity in our Murrieta, California office working side by side with a focused, driven team. This role is for someone who likes to be in the mix: on the phones, at their desk, in meetings, and fully plugged into the energy of the office.

- Proactively contact warm leads, referrals, and existing clients by phone, text, and email to quote our core Wheels Walls Wealth products (Auto, Home, Umbrella, Life, and related lines).
- Run a structured fact‑finding conversation with every prospect to understand their vehicles, home, family, income, and risk exposure then document everything cleanly in our systems.
- Present clear, protection‑focused coverage options (not just the cheapest price), explain the trade‑offs in plain language, and recommend a game plan that actually protects the client’s lifestyle.
- Identify and close cross‑sell opportunities on every interaction adding umbrellas, additional autos, toys, life insurance, and other supporting policies to strengthen each household’s overall protection.
- Support agency initiatives around coverage reviews and renewals by scheduling and conducting policy review calls that lead to better coverage and increased premium per household.
- Follow our proven call cadences, workflows, and scripts in eAgent/Lead Manager, keeping notes, tasks, and follow‑ups tight and current so no good lead slips through the cracks.
- Partner closely with our Life/Retirement specialist and service team to ensure clean hand‑offs, fast follow‑through, and a consistent "we’ve got you covered" experience for every client.
- Stay sharp on carrier guidelines, underwriting, and product updates especially in the California market so the advice you give is accurate, compliant, and confident.
- Participate in ongoing training, role‑plays, and coaching to refine your sales process, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Consistently hit or beat daily activity targets (calls, quotes, follow‑ups) and monthly production goals (issued policies, multi‑line %, close rate) set by Giddings Insurance Agency, Inc.
- Licensing:
An active California Property & Casualty License is necessary. - 2‑Years Allstate Experience needed.
- Communication
Skills:
