Job DescriptionThis is a remote position.
ePathUSA is seeking a results-driven Business Development Account Manager to drive revenue growth through new business development and strategic account management. This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and is open to candidates in multiple locations (Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Illinois, Texas, Georgia, or Florida).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
- Engage decision-makers, including executives, throughout the sales and buying process.
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads through proactive outreach, referrals, partnerships, and networking.
- Build market presence through participation in networking groups, trade associations, and social media platforms.
- Conduct pre-call planning and market research to understand client challenges and priorities.
- Provide consultative account management, including post-sale support and ongoing client engagement.
- Travel daily within territory, with occasional out-of-state travel for conferences and events.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing, including IT staffing, professional staffing, and SOW engagements.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed new business development goals.
- Strong relationship-building skills with all organizational levels, including C‑suite and senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build and grow a book of business through strategic sales execution.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a strong sense of integrity.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record required.
