What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve monthly and annual new sales and renewal quotas consistently
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline in  and deliver accurate sales forecasts
  • Conduct a minimum of 12 face-to-face customer meetings per week and strategy calls with partners
  • Demonstrate key products and solutions effectively within specified time frames
  • Manage territory by prioritizing selling activities and maximizing customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in government markets
  • Strong selling skills with the ability to navigate complex software solutions sales
  • Proficient communication skills to engage with government contacts at various levels
  • Ability to utilize  and other automation tools effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with public safety and local investigative markets
  • Proven track record of overachieving sales quotas
  • Strong discovery and presentation skills related to software solutions
  • Business and technical acumen to solve customer issues
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations 70% of the time
