What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing customers
  • Manage a list of major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective account management and sales strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions to meet customer needs
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
  • Proven success in selling complex enterprise software with significant revenue targets
  • Experience engaging C-suite executives and utilizing solution selling techniques
  • Strong ability to manage full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to closing
  • Deep understanding of AI and its applications in the industry

  • College degree preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of overachieving sales quotas
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with various teams
