We’re expanding in the Tampa Bay market and looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Executive who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals.

Your mission?
Identify And Secure- Landlords & rental property owners seeking professional property management
- HOA and condo communities searching for a responsive, results‑driven management company
This is a remote position, but your success will be built on strong local presence, networking, and relationship‑building throughout Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg.
What You’ll Be Doing- Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, outreach, and local events
- Build relationships with real estate investors, landlords, brokers, and HOA board members
- Present and pitch our property & association management services
- Conduct discovery calls and in‑person/virtual presentations
- Close management agreements and onboard new clients
- Track pipeline and maintain CRM activity
- Represent the company at industry events and local association meetings
This is a performance‑driven sales role designed for high earners.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development objectives in the property management sector
- Identify and target potential clients, including property owners, investors, and condominium associations in the Tampa Bay area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
- Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities and progress
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and materials
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's property management services
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the property management or real estate industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
