Are you a driven, persuasive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment? We’re hiring Licensed Inbound Sales Consultants to join our March 2026 class and help customers protect what matters most.

In this role, you’ll respond to inbound calls from prospective customers, consult on their needs, and confidently recommend insurance solutions that fit—while earning uncapped incentives tied directly to your performance.

• Sell insurance products to inbound callers by gathering customer data, generating quotes, and binding policies
• Make outbound calls when needed to maximize sales opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer service while educating customers on coverage and cost
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Navigate multiple computer systems while maintaining seamless customer interactions
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Active Arizona Resident Property & Casualty license (required)
• Proven success meeting sales quotas and performance metrics
• Strong closing and influencing skills
• Eligibility to obtain non-resident P&C licenses in required states

• Guaranteed base pay: $43,056 – $50,835 annually
• Uncapped performance incentives:
• Average performers earn up to $27,300 additional annually
• Top performers consistently earn up to $75,000+ on top of base pay

• Initial training may require in-office attendance (based on business needs)
