This is a full-time role for a Sales Consultant covering South Bend, Mishawaka and surrounding areas with work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying client needs, and guiding them toward suitable product or service solutions. Daily tasks include conducting sales consultations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing expert guidance to clients. Collaboration with team members and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and providing expert guidance to clients
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
- Proven experience in Consulting or related roles
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (on-site in Elkhart, IN, and remotely if needed)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills and mature ability to work independently.
- Commercial cleaning or industry related experience a significant plus.
