The agency has built a goldmine of high-quality leads from a robust Realtor referral network. You won’t be stuck cold-calling — you’ll be stepping into a business with real momentum and support.
In addition to these exclusive Realtor referrals, you’ll also work warm direct mail leads and cross-sell opportunities from our established book of business.
What You’ll Do- Call and follow up with warm leads provided to you
- Build relationships and close sales through consultative conversations
- Cross-sell existing customers within our Allstate book of business
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM
- Be a positive, polished contributor to our strong office culture
- Minimum of one year of professional sales experience — no exceptions
- Insurance license is a major plus (but we will train the right sales professional)
- Remote work is available only to candidates who are already licensed and insurance experienced
- Outstanding phone presence and communication skills
- Self-starter with an insane work ethic and desire to win
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Team player with positive energy

Compensation is typically offered as base plus commission and will depend on the agency and your experience.
