Position Summary

The e.l.f. Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving smooth, efficient operations across our commercial organization. In this customer‑focused role, you’ll partner closely with Account Managers to own the daily administration of major national accounts—managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables with precision. You’ll serve as a connector between sales and cross‑functional partners (e.g., operations, finance, marketing), ensuring information flows seamlessly, issues are resolved quickly, and commitments are met.

The ideal candidate is proactive and detail‑obsessed, bringing rigor to processes, consistency to execution, and a unified view of sales performance across channels. Your work will elevate customer experiences, reduce operational friction, and enable commercial excellence at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Support sales leads with operations and administrative support.
  • Coordinate retailer meetings and line reviews end‑to‑end, including venue/room booking, tech setup, catering, and brand‑right room décor. Work in collaboration with the Account Managers and Account Specialists.
  • Manage Monthly Sales Team agenda, notes and follow‑ups.
  • Prepare meeting materials (agendas, sell‑in decks, samples, etc) and capture action items, owners, and timelines to drive follow‑through.
  • Support teams with upcoming launches; complete Item and Product Setup Forms across retailer portals with precision and on‑time delivery.
  • Plan and execute ordering of GWPs and samples across channels, aggregating needs, timelines and executional logistics.
  • Establish and maintain a structured documentation system for POG variations, space changes and competitive views across channels.
  • Establish and maintain competitive activity across top accounts (innovation, pricing, space, etc).
  • Own retailer and vendor contract administration—from intake and review through execution, amendments, and archival—ensuring compliance with terms and timelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Independent, strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to build strong cross‑functional partnerships and operate effectively within team environments.
  • Minimal travel required.
  • Move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Remain in a stationary position for approximately 50% of the time.
