Position: Remote Licensed P&C Producer - Intent Leads & Live Transfers Provided

We are a fast-growing, technology-driven insurance agency seeking a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to join our team in a fully remote role.

This position involves working with insurance shoppers, quoting personal lines policies, and helping customers confidently choose the right coverage. Our agency operates in a structured, software-based environment, so candidates must be comfortable working across multiple systems while providing excellent customer service.

We invest heavily in a marketing-driven lead pipeline, including high‑intent consumer leads, live call transfers, and dedicated telemarketing support so producers can focus on quoting and closing rather than self‑prospecting.

Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission, with realistic earnings of $50, annually based on performance.

This is a full‑time remote position with required availability during our business hours:
Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective insurance customers
  • Quote and bind personal lines P&C policies (auto, home, renters, etc.)
  • Work daily with a consistent pipeline of high‑intent insurance shoppers, live transfers, and telemarketing support
  • Provide accurate coverage explanations and recommend appropriate products
  • Navigate multiple systems daily (CRM, carrier portals, quoting tools, dialer software)
  • Follow agency sales processes and documentation standards
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and follow‑through
  • Work independently in a remote environment while staying accountable to goals
Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
  • Ability to work full‑time 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pacific Time, regardless of location
  • Comfortable working in a remote, technology‑heavy environment
  • Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace for phone‑based work
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage time without direct supervision
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
  • Prior experience with CRMs, quoting platforms, or call‑center tools is preferred
