Our U.S. operations are focused on expanding business in the Permian Basin and surrounding regions, delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions that help oil producers and service providers maximize efficiency and production.
About the Role:We are seeking a Business Development Manager based in Midland, Texas, with strong experience in the oil & gas industry and deep knowledge of artificial lift technologies, including SRP, PCP, VSD, ESP, LESP, HPS, PMM.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our customer base in the U.S. market, developing long-term partnerships, and ensuring our products align with customer objectives. This role combines strategic sales, customer relationship management, and product development initiatives.
You will be working closely with customers on-site, understanding their challenges, and providing tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:- Implement the sales strategy in the U.S. oil production market, achieving sales targets and contributing to long-term growth plans.
- Conduct market research to identify key customers, projects, and opportunities in the Permian Basin and other U.S. regions. Develop unique selling propositions and strategies for successful project execution.
- Engage in lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling; deliver impactful presentations; acquire new clients and convert them into long-term partners. Promote Triol solutions at trade shows, conferences, seminars, and other industry events across the U.S.
- Provide technical input and propose tailored solutions, even in cases where no standard product policies exist.
- Oversee critical stages of project execution, from order placement through product approval and on-site implementation. Manage orders from existing customers and support onboarding of new accounts.
- Manage business correspondence with existing, new, and potential customers, ensuring consistent communication throughout all stages of product development and production until delivery. Ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations, negotiate contract terms, and successfully close deals.
- Conduct business trips to customer facilities to gain firsthand insights into their operations and deliver optimal solutions for both current and future projects and equipment needs.
- Gather feedback from customers by analyzing their product (goods and services) requirements, identifying any sources of dissatisfaction, and taking necessary actions to address and resolve issues, ensuring the maintenance of strong business relationships.
- Stay informed about the company's product policy and solutions, and effectively communicate any changes to customers. Actively promote the company's solutions and represent the brand at exhibitions, conferences, seminars, webinars, and other events that support sales growth and brand visibility.
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. market, with personal contacts at companies and among customers specializing in low-voltage equipment, submersible equipment, and power electronics
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a deep understanding of end clients across the region and a track record in selling surface and downhole equipment.
- Minimum 4 years of sales/business development experience in oilfield equipment, artificial lift, or power electronics.
- Strong track record of negotiating with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A completed higher technical education in engineering, business, petroleum, or a related field (technical background preferred).
