Key Responsibilities- Initiate outbound outreach (calls, texts, emails) to growth-focused companies
- Manage inbound leads and existing prospect database
- Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments
- Conduct sales meetings and close new business
- Collaborate with leadership on improving prospecting and sales strategies
- Research and source information on potential clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up systems
- Strong culture and values fit with GDG Media
- Ability to make outbound calls in a quiet, professional environment
- Excellent listening skills and professional phone/Zoom presence
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Previous cold outreach or sales experience preferred
- Experience in digital marketing, consulting, or business services is a plus
- Commission-only contract role
- Commissions up to $3,750 per sale
- Average sales cycle under 30 days
- Six figures ($100,000+) is achievable in Year 1 for strong performers
