About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated and personable Real Estate Acquisition Associate who will focus exclusively on the seller side of the wholesale process. In this role, you’ll build relationships with property owners, identify off‑market opportunities, and secure purchase agreements on distressed or undervalued properties. This role will be responsible for contacting a minimum of 200+ clients per day, and will require a significant investment of time and energy.

This is a role with tremendous growth opportunity, and due to the nature of the business, pays on a per deal basis (this means, you get paid when you close a deal, think of it as your own business).

  • Conduct outreach to homeowners via phone, text, email, and/or in person.
  • Evaluate seller motivation and negotiate win‑win terms.
  • Lock up properties under contract at favorable terms for the company.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of potential deals.
  • Maintain organized lead data in our CRM (e.g., REsimpli, Podio, etc.).
  • Communicate closely with our acquisitions and operations team for handoffs.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience in wholesaling, real estate sales, or a high‑volume outreach role is highly preferred.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to manage time, hit KPIs, and work independently.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and having real conversations with property owners.
  • Texas and Florida market familiarity is a plus, but not required.
  • 100% commission‑based.
  • Highly competitive deal splits + performance‑based bonuses.
  • Flexibility to work from anywhere with a phone and Wi‑Fi.
