Position: Executive Travel Package Sales Consultant

Job Details

Full-time, on-site sales position focused on timeshare and vacation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Speak with timeshare owners over the phone to assess travel needs and preferences.
  • Present and sell non-traditional vacation and travel solutions.
  • Educate clients on flexible travel options and product benefits.
  • Build rapport and trust through professional, solution-based sales conversations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Full-time, on-site position with potential hybrid and work-from-home opportunities after a probationary period.
  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Based at our new on-site location tied to our new Club Venture Sales Center.
Compensation & Training
  • Training Period (First 4 Weeks):
    • $20 per hour OR 100% commission (whichever is greater).
  • Post-Training:
    • 100% commission.
  • Estimated first-year earnings of $65,000–$85,000, based on performance.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong communication and phone skills.
  • Sales experience preferred (vacation, hospitality, or consultative sales a plus).
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
  • Enjoys helping clients find flexible, value-driven travel solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Ability to effectively manage time while at work.
