Who We Are NOT Looking For:
- Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate.
- Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to make sales.
- Agents who NEED guidance at every step.
- Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).
- Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.
Who We ARE Looking For:
- Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively.
- Agents comfortable showing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
- Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products.
We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.
All our business is conducted virtually through phone or Zoom meetings.
Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.
We do NOT participate in lead assist programs.
We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
