The RoleWe are seeking a high-performing Digital Sales Consultant to drive new revenue and expand our footprint. This is a remote, hunter-style role for a strategic seller who understands the nuance of digital marketing and can articulate complex strategies to business owners and marketing executives.
The ideal candidate isn't just looking for a job—they are an entrepreneurially-minded professional who brings an existing book of business and a proven track record of closing high-value digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Generation: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities using your existing network and outbound lead generation tactics.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand client pain points and tailor multi-channel solutions (SEO, Display, OTT, Social) that solve their specific business challenges.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline within our CRM, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract execution.

Work closely with our internal strategy and fulfillment teams to ensure that the solutions pitched are executable and aligned with client KPIs. - Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends (including Local Services Ads, programmatic shifts, and AI-driven marketing) to act as a subject matter expert for your clients.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of proven success in Digital Media Sales or Agency Business Development.
- Existing Network: A strong, portable book of business or a deep network of decision-maker contacts in verticals such as home services, travel, legal, healthcare, or retail.
- Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of SEO, SEM, Programmatic Marketing, Geo-fencing, and Paid Social.
- Remote Mastery: Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, hitting activity and revenue targets without micromanagement.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, whether via Zoom or in-person, with the ability to simplify complex data into a compelling narrative.
